About us

The UK school for people who run live television and streaming

glimrazy was created for one purpose: to turn curious beginners and ambitious crew into confident live production operators. We teach multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and the professional management of television and streaming productions.

Our approach is simple. You sit at a real deck, with real cameras, and you go live again and again until the work feels natural.

What we believe

Training built around the live moment

  • Real kit, real pressure

Training happens on professional vision mixers, cameras and intercom, with the timing and tension of a genuine live show.

  • Small groups

Cohorts are kept small so every learner spends meaningful time on the desk, not watching over a shoulder.

  • Working professionals

Our tutors run galleries, OB trucks and streaming events every week, and bring that current practice into the room.

Our approach

From first cut to full control room

Every programme follows the same path, from the fundamentals of shot selection to leading a gallery under live conditions.

  • Learn the grammar of live switching before touching the fader
  • Practise talkback and calling until it becomes second nature
  • Rehearse faults and fail-overs so nothing surprises you on air
  • Finish every course with a full mock transmission
Our tutors

Taught by people who run live shows every week

Every tutor is a working broadcast professional, so you learn the shortcuts, the safety nets and the calm that only come from real transmission days.
